Returns and refunds

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery by emailing help@elisebeaulieu.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. Items must be unused, unworn and unwashed, with their original tags and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Please contact us before sending a return. We will provide authorization and the return address in Toronto, Ontario. Do not return items to the supplier or to the address on the original shipping label. Pack your return securely in a sealed mailer or suitable sealed box; include your order number.

For a change of mind or size, you pay the return shipping cost. If an item is defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us with details and, where possible, photos. We will arrange an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return shipping when a return is required because of our error or a defect.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the result. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days; your bank may need additional time to post the refund. Original shipping fees are not refunded for change-of-mind returns, except where required by law. No restocking fee applies.

To exchange an item, contact us first so we can explain availability and the return process. To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible; if it has already shipped, the return process applies.

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies you have under applicable consumer protection law.
