Shipping policy

We ship to Canada and the United States. Available delivery options and the final shipping charge are shown at checkout.

Canada: CAD 9.90 standard shipping; free standard shipping on eligible merchandise orders of CAD 160 or more.

United States: CAD 12.90 standard shipping; free standard shipping on eligible merchandise orders of CAD 205 or more.

Thresholds apply to the merchandise subtotal after discounts, excluding taxes and shipping. All amounts above are in Canadian dollars. If checkout displays another supported currency, the amount is converted at the applicable checkout rate.

Orders are fulfilled through our supply partners and may ship from outside Canada. Items in the same order may arrive in separate packages. Tracking information is provided when available after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by processing, carrier delays, customs and holidays. Contact help@elisebeaulieu.com before ordering if you need an item by a specific date.

Import duties, import taxes and carrier clearance fees may apply. Unless explicitly included or collected at checkout, these charges are the recipient’s responsibility and may be requested by the carrier or customs before delivery or collection. Free shipping does not include these charges. We do not automatically debit your payment card for customs charges.

Please check your shipping address before placing an order. Contact us immediately if it needs correction. If an order is delayed, lost, damaged or marked delivered but not received, email help@elisebeaulieu.com so we can investigate and arrange the appropriate resolution.
